Service Provision & Delivery
Seimbang Makan operates a meal kit service that provides a balanced daily menu designed by nutrition specialists. Our primary service involves the preparation and delivery of calorie-controlled set meals to your specified address in Medan and surrounding areas.
- 1. Delivery windows are scheduled between 07:00 and 10:00 AM daily to ensure freshness.
- 2. You are responsible for ensuring a representative is available to receive the delivery or providing specific drop-off instructions.
- 3. Once delivered, food safety and proper refrigeration of the diet menu with delivery become the customer's sole responsibility.
Dietary Responsibility
While our meals are designed for those who wish to order healthy meals, Seimbang Makan is not a medical provider. Our menus are created for general wellness purposes and are not tailored as clinical interventions.
It is imperative that you consult with a qualified physician before starting any new meal plan, especially one involving restricted caloric intake. You must inform us of any severe food allergies before purchasing a balanced daily menu. We process various ingredients, including nuts, soy, and dairy, in our central kitchen.
Subscriptions & Billing
Payments for our calorie-controlled set meals are processed upfront via our integrated payment gateway. We accept major credit cards and Indonesian bank transfers.
Cancellations
Requests to pause or cancel a recursive menu must be received at least 48 hours before the next scheduled delivery cycle.
Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds are only issued for documented delivery failures or order errors on our part.

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose. Intellectual property, including our specific recipes, meal names, and photography, remains the exclusive property of Seimbang Makan. Reproduction or distribution of our content without written consent is prohibited.
